My name is Shawndel Shade. My Maiden name was Shawni Chappelear.  I have been married to my highschool sweetheart fior 34 years. We dated for 6 years prior to marrying, so we have a long history together. I attended Groveport Madison Highschool and graduated in 1985.  I attended Ohio University in communications and Ohio State University.

I have three beautiful childeren. My daughters Lauren - 33 and Dailyn - 30. My son Noah is 27.  I have been blessed with three grandsons. Oliver - 6, Beckett - 5 and Myles - 1.  My family is my home. 

I have a huge passion for all animals and traveling. Having 3 dogs and a cat myself, I would save every animal I come across in need if I could.

I have a great love for people. I enjoy meeting and creating those bonds. I have been in Real Estate since 2009.  I have been with HER Realtors, E-Merge Real Estate and now Howard Hanna Real Estate.
